My Background
Hi! I’m Kathryn. I have a track record of helping high growth companies with strategy, general management, go-to-market launches, marketing campaign strategy and development, and profitable growth. I spent five years at Oscar Health, leading and scaling the marketing team before serving as General Manager of Cigna + Oscar, managing the P&L and execution of our small business product. I have also spent time with various high-growth startups including Bungalow, Talkdesk, Productboard, and EverTrue, and started my career in the Strategy & Operations practice of Deloitte Consulting.
My experience covers B2B and B2C with new product launches, market expansion, campaign development, product positioning, pricing, customer engagement, and general management across product and operations team. I am particularly motivated by building and leading teams through the many changes of high-growth companies, and have developed my own toolkit for influencing and developing talent.
Outside of work, you can find me watching the women's tennis tour, cheering on the NY Mets, listening to a recent Pivot podcast while walking my dog Gravy, or traveling.
